Life has been busy to say the least! My career as a teacher has, once again, consumed everything that I do. If only I didn't need sleep.
In spite of all that has me preoccupied, I did get up early Saturday morning and take my camera to The Great Frederick Fair. I was there so early that I got in for free and more or less had the place to myself. I could not have asked for more beautiful weather. The skies were clear and more blue than I have seen them in a long time. Fall weather is right around the corner.
I shot 4 rolls of film and went back in the evening to shoot slides. I had to run to the store to purchase some Provia and all they had was 100 speed. I was really hoping for 400 speed. Oh well. I should be better prepared. What I did photograph called for more light than was available. I have a feeling that most of what I shot will be blurry.
It will be some time before I process my film and even longer before I make prints. However, that's okay. I've accepted the fact that I'm always nine months behind in my printing. When I do get around to making prints it will make it all the more exciting!
Okay! Back to school work.
